     Welcome to my world of providing help, advice and a friendly service, growing into a trusting partnership between "Me" your IT Support and "You" the customer.

 

 

 

I prefer to visit my customers on site. This helps me determine the computer's working environment and besides it is better customer service. If there is any pressing questions you need answered, then that is the moment where your IT Guy can provide the extra service.

 

You'll notice the strange hours in a working week, this has been done to accommodate those customers requiring work done during their lunch hour, as for the after hours and weekend work, this does need to be arranged prior to the day needed, as I also need to relax after a hard days work. 

 

 

 

CoolTip: First tip of many! Number one tip I can give you is despite what some may tell you, the best way to learn mouse skills, computer interaction and brain exercises is to play the odd computer game, okay the games I'm talking about are windows games like card's, Bejeweled and Hidden Object ones...they offer great eye, brain & hand skills as well as de-stressing your day if working from home. - Just one big tip don't do it when you're supposed to be working.
