​All services are held in the same high standard expected of businesses. As a perfectionist myself I expect any machine serviced by myself has to be 101% working order and clean before i leave the site. Once checked by the client that everything is 100% working, the job is signed off. Note: The PC or Laptop must be in a working condition before any preventative maintenance is started, if the machine is not powering up and loading into the OS, you will be charged for the min of 1 hour as per quote!
Data Confidential
No matter how it is stored or what format the data is, all is considered important to the individual concerned. I am here to service your PC or Laptop, not to check what data you have on your company/personal data. The only time I may bring this to light is when it is possibly close too be compromised by a Virus or Spyware. I don't have time too snoop!
With a Smile
Nothing promotes good service than your IT Tech walking into your business or home with a smile, good manners and cleanliness. It shows we care about health of your computer too. How horrible is it when start working on your PC/Laptop from a service and there is dirty fingermarks all over the casing or it looks more dusty than when it started. Besides not being a good impression, it doesn't fit in well with the way I work.
Am I Genuine? Yes!
Something not heard of these days in business and that's a shame. You need to trust your IT Tech with your valuable computer, trust he is going to treat it with the care as you would. With me, I take care of any machine as my own. A clean computer is a healthy one, if there is too much dust in the fans, your computer with over heat as the fan is not doing the efficient job of cooling down your hardware, thus lessening the life of either the PC or Laptop.
