As with any business, there are clients that return with comments of ones workmanship, most of my current clients have been loyal and called me for even the most minor of issues, thus saying they have begun to trust me! They know that what I say and do at the end of the day will have their computer working and if it isn't then there is a jolly good  reason why it may not be. I have never lied to clients and I'm not about to start now! That is not my style. What you see is what you get.
